RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION TO THE
TEXAS NATURAL RESOURCE CONSERVATION COMMISSION
FOR A SOLID WASTE ENFORCEMENT ASSISTANCE GRANT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, THAT:
Certain application to the Texas Natural Resource Conservation
Commission for a Solid Waste Enforcement Assistance Grant which will
provide funding in the amount of $32,500 for personnel costs and
certain program costs is hereby approved, and authorized to execute
the same on behalf of the City of Wichita Falls.
