RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT BETWEEN WICHITA
COUNTY AND THE CITIES OF WICHITA FALLS,
BURKBURNETT AND IOWA PARK, AND CARELINE,
INC. FOR AMBULANCE SERVICE
WHEREAS, the current contract between Wichita County and the
Cities of Wichita Falls, Burkburnett and Iowa Park and CareLine,
Inc. for the provision of ambulance service to such entities
expires January 31, 1995; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to enter into another contract
for an eleventh month period beginning February 1, 1995 and
ending December 31, 1995.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That the City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract
between Wichita County and the Cities of Wichita Falls,
Burkburnett and Iowa Park, Texas and CareLine, Inc. for the
provision of ambulance service for the eleven month period
beginning February 1, 1995 and ending December 31, 1995.
