RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 TO
A CONTRACT WITH W.W. MANUFACTURING COMPANY,
INC. FOR THE LIVESTOCK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF
THE AGRICULTURAL COMPLEX OF THE MULTI- PURPOSE
EVENTS CENTER COMPLEX
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract with W.W. Manufacturing Company, Inc. for a
livestock management system of the Agricultural Complex is hereby
increased by Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $38,488.87
bringing the total contract amount to $237,735.19.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 7th da of February, 1995.
