RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE 1994 ALLEY REHABILITATION
PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE FINAL PAYMENT TO SELMON
ENTERPRISES
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price contract
with Selman Enterprises with the estimated total cost of $278,877.50
and,
WHEREAS, the actual work was completed at a total cost of
$268,694.80 of which $232,262.08 has been previously paid to the
contractor, leaving an amount due of $36,432.72; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the work and found it to be
acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The 1994 Alley Rehabilitation Project is hereby accepted and the
City Manager is authorized to make final payment to the contractor.
