RESOLUTION TO ENTER CONTRACT WITH JOHN B.
GLOVER, P.E. FOR ENGINEERING /ARCHITECTURAL
SERVICES RELATED TO MODIFICATION OF FIRE
STATION NO. 2
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls wishes to make certain
modifications to Fire Station No. 2;
WHEREAS, the City desires to engage the
engineering /architectural firm of John B. Glover, P.E. to provide
the necessary engineering /architectural services for the
project; and,
WHEREAS, the City has reviewed a proposed contract with the
firm of John B. Glover, P.E. for the stated purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract to provide engineering /architectural services
for the modification of Fire Station No. 2 is hereby approved,
with a maximum fee of $9,000.00, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute the contract for the City.
