RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID AND A
CONTRACT FOR THE LANDFILL LINER CELL NO. 11
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the Landfill Liner Cell No. 11 Project;
and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
Cluff Construction Corp., who bid unit prices equalling the sum
of $826,621.95.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Cluff Construction Corp. in the
amount of $826,621.95 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
Contractor for this project.
