THE TEXAS NATURAL RESOURCE CONSERVATION
COMMISSION (TNRCC) FOR THE COMMUNITY WASTE
PREVENTION, RECYCLING, AND COMPOSTING
ASSISTANCE GRANTS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City of Wichita
Falls does hereby affirm to the Texas Natural Resource
Conservation Commission (TNRCC) our support of the programs
identified in our proposal for RFP 95COMM and our assurance that
if funded under this we will:
comply with the provisions of the fiscal reimbursement
and reporting requirement of TNRCC and the State of
Texas:
use the funds for purpose(s) for which they are
provided;
insure project is in compliance with and supports local
and/or regional solid waste management plans and/or
programs applicable to the geographic area within which
the project is to be conducted; and
maintain program(s) after funding from TNRCC has ended
for period of not less than five ( 5 ) years.
