RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO BOWLES
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR KELL AT ARTHUR
STREET 12-INCH SEWER RELOCATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the relocation of a sanitary sewer line on Kell Blvd. at
Arthur Street, which bids were to be made on a unit price basis;
and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Bowles Construction Company, who bid unit prices with an
estimated total of $35,210.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of Bowles Construction Company with an
estimated total of $35,210.00 is hereby accepted, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said contractor for the construction of such project.
