TO A CONTRACT WITH JALYN CONSTRUCTION,
INC. FOR A STORM SEWER RELOCATION PROJECT
FOR THE MULTI- PURPOSE EVENTS CENTER
COMPLEX
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract with Jalyn Construction, Inc. for a sewer
relocation project on the South Site of the Multi - Purpose Events
Center Complex is hereby increased by Change Order No. 1 in the
amount of $48,600 bringing the total contract amount to $405,947.
