RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
TO THE CONTRACT WITH THE BUCHANAN
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
THE AGRICULTURAL COMPLEX OF THE MULTI-
PURPOSE EVENTS CENTER
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and Wichita County
entered into a contract with Buchanan Construction Company in the
amount of $3,142,437 on April 25, 1994 for the construction of
the Agricultural Complex of the Multi - Purpose Events Center, and
WHEREAS, this contract was modified by Change Order No. 1 on
September 6, 1994 to increase the contract amount to $3,166,094,

WHEREAS, there is a need modify the contract by Change Order
No. 2,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract with Buchanan Construction Company for the
construction for the Agricultural Center of the Multi - Purpose
Events Center Complex is hereby increased by Change Order No. 2
in the amount of $28,285.26 bringing the total contract amount to
$3,194,379.26.
