RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
TO A CONTRACT WITH PALCO MECHANICAL
CONTRACTORS, INC. FOR THE PLUMBING AND
MECHANICAL WORK AT THE EXHIBIT HALL OF
THE MULTI- PURPOSE EVENTS CENTER COMPLEX
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract with Palco Mechanical Contractors, Inc. for
plumbing and mechanical work at the Exhibit Hall of the Multi -
Purpose Events Center Complex is hereby decreased by Change Order
No. 1 in the amount of $15,892 bringing the total contract amount
to $843,886.
