RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT PROJECT TO REPLACE
AERATION BASIN GAS PIPING AT RIVER ROAD
WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT AND AUTHORIZE
FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls on December 6, 1994
awarded a contract to Poteet, Inc. for the replacement of
aeration basin gas piping at the River Road Wastewater Treatment
Plant;
WHEREAS, the amount of the contract is $6,755.00, and the
contractor has been paid $6,619.90, leaving an amount due of
$135.10; and,
WHEREAS, staff has inspected the project, found it complete,
and recommended that the Council accept the project as complete
and authorize final payment to the contractor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The project to replace the aeration basin gas piping at the
River Road Wastewater Treatment Plant is hereby accepted as
complete, and the City Manager is authorized to make a final
payment of $135.10 to the contractor.
