RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
TO A CONTRACT WITH ELECTRA CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY, INC. FOR THE EXHIBIT HALL OF THE
MULTI-PURPOSE EVENTS CENTER
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract with Electra Construction Company, Inc. for the
construction of the Exhibit Hall is hereby increased by Change
Order No. 1 in the amount of $840 bringing the total contract
amount to $4,626,853.
