RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
TO A CONTRACT WITH ELECTRA CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY, INC. FOR THE NORTH SITE GRADING
AND PARKING PROJECT FOR THE MULTI- PURPOSE
EVENTS CENTER COMPLEX
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract with Electra Construction Company, Inc. for
grading and parking improvements at the North Site of the Multi -
Purpose Events Center Complex is hereby increased by Change Order
No. 2 in the amount of $13,195 bringing the total contract amount
to $1,129,686.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 18th day of April, X995.
