RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 4
TO THE CONTRACT WITH THE BUCHANAN
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
THE AGRICULTURAL COMPLEX OF THE MULTI-
PURPOSE EVENTS CENTER
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and Wichita County
entered into a contract with Buchanan Construction Company in the
amount of $3,142,437 on April 25, 1994 for the construction of
the Agricultural Complex of the Multi - Purpose Events Center, and
WHEREAS, this contract was increased by previous Change
Orders in the amount of $205,901.88, and
WHEREAS, there is a need modify the contract by Change Order
No. 4,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT.
The contract with Buchanan Construction Company for the
construction for the Agricultural Center of the Multi -- Purpose
Events Center Complex is hereby decreased by Change Order No. 4
in the amount of $15,000 bringing the total contract amount to
$3,3331*338.88.
