RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE BARNA ROAD RECONSTRUCTION
PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE FINAL PAYMENT TO MCGRATH
BROTHERS CONCRETE
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price contract
with McGrath Brothers Concrete with the estimated total cost of
$60,391.75 and,
WHEREAS, the actual work was completed at a total cost of
$61,229.15 of which $55,394.53 has been previously paid to the
contractor, leaving an amount due of $5,834.62; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the work and found it to be
acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Barna Road Reconstruction Project is hereby accepted, and the
City Manager is authorized to make final payment to the contractor.
