RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO ANDRITZ- RUTHNER,
INC. FOR SEWAGE SLUDGE BELT FILTER PRESS
EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for a belt filter press, which bids were to be made on a lump sum
basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Andritz - Ruthner, Inc., who bid a lump sum price of $284,800.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such lump sum bid of Andritz- Ruthner, Inc. is hereby
accepted in the amount of $284,800.00, and this City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for the provision of the cited equipment.
