RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO
ELECTRA CONSTRUCTION, INC. IN THE AMOUNT
OF $15,000 FOR SURFACE TREATMENT WORK TO
THE CONCRETE FLOOR OF THE AGRICULTURAL
ARENA
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to improve the friction of
the concrete floor surface at the Agricultural Arena, and
WHEREAS, Electra Construction Company, Inc. has agreed to do
the work for the amount of $15,000,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Authorization is hereby provided to make payment in the
amount of $15,000 to Electra Construction Company, Inc. for
surface treatment work to the concrete floor of the Agricultural
Arena.
