RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID AND A
CONTRACT FOR THE ADDITION TO FIRE STATION NO.
2 PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the addition to Fire Station No. 2
Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
Norman Bratcher Co. who submitted a Base Bid of $92,184.00 and an
Alternate No. I Bid of $2,625.00 equalling the sum of $94,809.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said bid of Norman Bratcher Co., in the amount of
$94,809.00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized,
to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for this
project.
