RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AWARD OF BID FOR REFUSE
CONTAINERS FOR USE BY THE SANITATION DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for
bids for 8 yard refuse containers, and,
WHEREAS, bids were opened on June 1, 1995 by the
Purchasing Agent; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined a summary of the bids
for this size container and has determined the lowest
responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
