RESOLUTION NAMING POLLING PLACES AND OFFICIALS FOR
THE SPECIAL CITY ELECTION ON AUGUST 12, 1995
WHEREAS, an election-was called by Resolution No. 90-
95, on June 20, 1995 for the purpose of submitting a
proposition to the voters on a proposed increase on minimum
salaries for the Fire Department of the City of Wichita
Falls, and it is now time to name the polling places and
election officials.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
Section 1. Such election shall be held at the polling
places named in Exhibit A, attached hereto, and the election
officials are also named in this attachment. Voters
residing in the City limits of Wichita Falls within the
County precinct numbers shown on Exhibit A shall vote in the
City polling places shown in such Exhibit A.
Section 2. It is hereby officially found and determined
that the meeting at which this resolution was passed was
open to the public as required by law.
