RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID AND A
CONTRACT FOR LYNWOOD EAST PARK ROOF REPLACEMENT
PROJECT (CDBG)
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of Lynwood East Park Roof Replacement Project
CDBG) ; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
Armored Roofing Co. , who submitted a lump sum bid with a total of
10, 251 . 00 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said lump sum bid of Armored Roofing Co. , in the amount of
10, 251 . 00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized
to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for this
project .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 17th day of December, 1 96 .
