RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID AND CONTRACT FOR CDBG
TRAVIS STREET DRAINAGE PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for
the construction of the CDBG Travis Street Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is Duke
Construction, who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of
41, 290 . 00 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Duke Construction, with an estimated total
of $41, 290 . 00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized
to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for the
construction of such project .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 3rd day of December, 1996 .
