A RESOLUTION NAMING THE ELECTION OFFICIALS AND POLLING PLACES FOR
THE JANUARY 18, 1997 SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION.
WHEREAS, on November 5, 1996, the City Council of the City of
Wichita Falls passed Ordinance No. 156-96 calling for a Special
Election to be held on January 18, 1997,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS THAT:
SECTION 1 . The persons shown on Exhibit A are hereby appointed
presiding election judges, alternate presiding judges, central
counting station judge and early voting ballot board judge, to
serve on said election.
SECTION 2 . Said election shall be held at the polling places
listed on Exhibit A.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 3 day of December, 996 .
