RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH HNTB CORPORATION FOR ENGINEERING
SERVICES IN PREPARING AN AIRPORT LAYOUT PLAN FOR THE WICHITA
FALLS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, is required to submit
an Airport Layout Plan to the Federal Aviation Administration; and
WHEREAS, the engineering firm of HNTB Corporation is qualified to
prepare such a plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract with
the HNTB Corporation for engineering services.
