RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CONTRACT WITH
ENGINEERING FIRM OF CORLETT, PROBST AND BOYD,
INC. FOR 1996/97 BUDGET UTILITIES IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to engage an
engineering firm for the engineering services related to the
annual Budget Utilities Improvement Project;
WHEREAS, the Staff has proposed the City engage the firm of
Corlett, Probst and Boyd, Inc . for this purpose; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined a proposed contract with
the engineering firm for the purposes stated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract with Corlett, Probst and Boyd, Inc . for
engineering services to support the 1996/97 Budget Utilities
Improvement Project is hereby approved with a maximum amount of
60, 000 for the base services as defined in the contract .
