RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE FIRE STATION NO. 3
REROOFING PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE FINAL PAYMENT
TO LYDICK-HOOKS ROOFING, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a lump sum price
contract with Lydick-Hooks Roofing, Inc . with the total cost of
8, 830 . 00 and,
WHEREAS, the actual work was completed at a total cost of
8, 905 . 00 of which $0 . 00 has been previously paid to the
contractor, leaving an amount of $8, 905 . 00; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the work and found it
to be acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Fire Station No. 3 Reroofing Project is hereby accepted,
and the City Manager is authorized to make final payment to the
contractor.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 5th day of November, 1996 .
