RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID AND A
CONTRACT FOR MARTIN LUTHER KING WALL REPAIR
CDBG) PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the Martin Luther King Wall Repair (CDBG)
Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
Specialty Contracting Services, Inc. , who made a lump sum bid
with a total of $5, 150 . 00 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said lump sum bid of Specialty Contracting Services, Inc . ,
with a total of $5, 150 . 00 is hereby accepted, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said Contractor for the construction of such project .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 5th day of November, 1996 .
