RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID AND CONTRACT FOR JASPER
WATER PLANT STRUCTURAL IMPROVEMENT AND
REHABILITATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for
the construction of the Jasper Water Plant Structural Improvement and
Rehabilitation Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
Gibson and Associates, Inc . of Wichita Falls, who made a lump sum bid
with a total of $248, 300 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said lump sum bid of Gibson and Associates, Inc. with a total of
248, 300 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to
execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for the
construction of such project .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 5th day of November, 1996 .
