RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AS COMPLETE
THE SOUTH SITE IMPROVEMENTS FOR
PEDESTRIAN WORK, PLAZA AND FOUNTAIN
OF THE MULTI-PURPOSE EVENTS CENTER
PROJECT BY SCALES CONCRETE
CONSTRUCTION, INC.
WHEREAS, tie City and County entered into a contract on
August 14 , 1996 with Scales Concrete Construction, Inc. for
pedestrian improvements, plaza and fountain at the South Site of
the Multi-Purpose Events Center, and
WHEREAS, the architects on the project have reviewed the
work of the contractor and found it to be completed in accordance
with contract documents,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract with Scales Concrete Construction, Inc. for
pedestrian improvements, plaza and fountain at the South Site of
the Multi-Purpose Events Center is hereby found to be
satisfactorily completed.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 5th
day of November, 1996.
