RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT TO TEXACO
PIPELINE, INC. , FOR MOVEMENT OF A 10" TEXACO
PIPELINE FOR THE MCGRATH CREEK CHANNEL
WHEREAS, the City Council had previously entered into a contract
with Texaco Pipeline, Inc . , to relocate a pipeline to facilitate the
McGrath Creek construction;
WHEREAS, the actual cost for relocating this pipeline exceeding
the estimated cost due to unforeseen soil conditions .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The invoice from Texaco Pipeline, Inc . , in the amount of
184, 989 . 57 is approved for payment .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 1st day of October, 1996 .
