A RESOLUTION AWARDING BIDS FOR THE DEMOLITION,
CLEARING AND DISPOSAL OF DEBRIS ON VARIOUS
STRUCTURES; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS DISCUSSED WAS
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has received a request to award
bids for the demolition, clearing and disposal of debris on various
structures .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. The structures listed here-in have been ordered demolished,
per Ordinance No. 118-96, and the City Council deems it advisable and
in the public interest to approve this resolution. for the award of bids
to the below described contractors:
