RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERLOCAL EQUIPMENT
USE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS AND NORTEX REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION
FOR A PORTABLE WOOD CHIPPER
WHEREAS, the Nortex Regional Planning Commission has
acquired a portable wood chipper under a Texas Natural Resource
Conservation Commission grant; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and the Nortex Regional
Planning Commission jointly desire to house the equipment in the
City of Wichita Falls .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Council hereby approves the Interlocal Equipment
Use Agreement which is attached and made part of this resolution.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 17th day of September, 1996 .
