RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID AND CONTRACT FOR 1996
ALLEY REHABILITATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for
the construction of 1996 Alley Rehabilitation Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
McGrath Brothers Concrete, who made a unit price bid with an estimated
total of $361, 129 . 85 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of McGrath Brothers Concrete, with an
estimated total of $361, 129 . 85 is hereby accepted, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
Contractor for the construction of such project .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 3rd day of September, 1996 .
