RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID AND CONTRACT
FOR FIRE STATION NO. 3 REROOFING PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for
the construction of Fire Station No. 3 Reroofing Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
Lydick-Hooks Roofing Co. , who bid a lump sum amount of $8, 830 . 00 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said lump sum bid of Lydick-Hooks Co. , in the amount of $8, 830 . 00
is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a
contract for the City with said Contractor for this project .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 3rd day of September, 1996 .
