RESOLUTION NO. ` 3--- (9
RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID AND CONTRACT TO
BOWLES CONSTRUCTION FOR PB LANE SEWER
REPLACEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the PB Lane Sewer Replacement Project;
and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
Bowles Construction, Wichita Falls, Texas who made a unit price
bid with an estimated total of $83 , 692 . 65 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Bowles Construction, with an
estimated total of $83 , 692 . 65 is hereby accepted, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said Contractor for the construction of such project .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 3rd day of September, 1996 .
