RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO AMEND ARTICLE XIV
OF LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN BEST AVIATION SERVICES, INC. AND
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS
WHEREAS, Best Aviation Services, Inc. , and the City of Wichita
Falls entered into a fixed base operator's agreement on October 18,
1994; and
WHEREAS, Best Aviation Services, Inc. , has requested a change to
Article XIV amending the operating hours to conform to the military
control tower operating hours,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1: All the above preambles and recitals are found to be
true and correct and made a part here of for all purposes.
Section 2: That certain contract between Best Aviation Services,
Inc. , and the City of Wichita Falls, executed on October 18, 1994, is
hereby amended to read:
The fixed base operator shall have its premises
open for service seven days a week from 5: 30 a.m.
until 9: 00 p.m. and shall have a person on call
from 9: 00 p.m. until 5: 30 a.m.
Section 3: The City Manager is hereby authorized to amend the
lease.
