RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, FOR LEASE OF
PREMISES BY THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION AT THE
WICHITA FALLS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Certain agreement between the City of Wichita Falls and the
United States of America, setting annual rental rates for lease of
premises by the Federal Aviation Administration at the Wichita Falls
Municipal Airport, is here by approved and the City Manager Falls is
authorized to execute same for the City of Wichita Falls, Texas.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 20th day of August, 1996.
