RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID AND CONTRACT TO P.M.
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR PHASE I, SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENTS COLLECTION SYSTEM
REPLACEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the Phase I, Sanitary Sewer Improvements
Collection 7SystemReplacementProject; and,Y P
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
P.M. Construction Company who made a unit price bid with an
estimated total of $969, 545 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of P.M. Construction Company, Austin,
Texas with an estimated total of $969, 545 is hereby accepted, and
the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City
with said Contractor for the construction of such project .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th day of August, 1996 .
