RESOLUTION ADOPTING A VISION STATEMENT
AND GOALS FOR THE CITY ORGANIZATION
WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a retreat in June of
1996, and
WHEREAS, one of the outcomes of that retreat was a desire to
establish a vision for the city organization, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has developed a document that
includes a vision statement and several stated goals to be
achieved by the city.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Council hereby adopts a vision statement and
several stated goals for the city organization, a copy of which
is attached to this resolution and made a part of this
resolution.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th day of August, 1996.
