RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE LANDSCAPING OF THE
SOUTH SITE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT FOR THE
MULTI-PURPOSE EVENTS CENTER BY HARRIS
NURSERY AND LANDSCAPING AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City and County entered into a contract on
July 25, 1995 with Harris Nursery and Landscaping for the
landscaping of the south site construction project of the Multi-
Purpose Events Center, and
WHEREAS, the architects on the project have reviewed the
work of the contractor and found it to be completed in accordance
with contract documents,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract with Harris Nursery and Landscaping for the
south site construction project for the Multi-Purpose Events
Center is hereby found to be satisfactorily completed.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th day of August, 1996.
