RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED BUDGET
FOR THE NORTEX 9-1-1 COMMUNICATIONS
DISTRICT FOR THE PERIOD FROM OCTOBER 1,
1996 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 1997
WHEREAS, City of Wichita Falls is a participating
jurisdiction in the Nortex 9-1-1 Communications District, and
WHEREAS, the proposed budget of the District for
FY 1996-1997 has been presented to the City and found to be
reasonable and appropriate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The proposed budget for the Nortex 9-1-1 Communications
District, a copy of which is attached to and made a part hereof,
is hereby apprcved.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th day of August, 1996.
