RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MASTER AGREEMENT FOR
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WITH THE FIRM OF BIGGS
MATHEWS, INC. FOR THE DESIGN AND
INSTALLATION OF A LANDFILL GAS MANAGEMENT
SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to develop and
install a methane landfill gas management system to comply with
the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission regulations;
and,
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to enter into a
Master Agreement for professional services with the firm of Biggs
Mathews, Inc . for the design and installation of this landfill
gas management system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The attached Master Agreement for professional services with
Biggs & Mathews, Inc . is hereby approved to provide for the
design and installation of a landfill gas management system to
address landfill gas problems as set for in the Texas Natural
Resource Conservation Commission letter of April 22, 1996 .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th day of August, 1996 .
