RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
TO A CONTRACT WITH HARRIS NURSERY AND
LANDSCAPING FOR LANDSCAPING OF THE SOUTH
SITE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT FOR THE MULTI-
PURPOSE EVENTS CENTER
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, THAT:
The contract with Harris Nursery and Landscaping for
landscaping of the south site construction project of the Multi-
Purpose Events Center is hereby increased by Change Order No. 1
in the amount of $2 , 058 bringing the total contract amount to
213 , 527 .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th day of August, 1996.
