RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID AND CONTRACT TO J.
BARTON MANHOLE REHABILITATION COMPANY FOR
PHASE I, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS MANHOLE
REHABILITATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the Phase I, Sanitary Sewer Improvements
Manhole Rehabilitation Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
J. Barton Manhole Rehabilitation Company, Austin, Texas who made
a unit price bid with an estimated total of $210, 419 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of J. Barton Manhole Rehabilitation
Company, with an estimated total of $210, 419 is hereby accepted,
and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the
City with said Contractor for the construction such project .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th day of August, 1996 .
