A RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR THE DEMOLITION,
CLEARING AND DISPOSAL OF DEBRIS AT 1201 East Scott;
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH
THIS RESOLUTION WAS DISCUSSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has received a request to award
bids for the demolition, clearing and disposal of debris at 1201 East
Scott; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. The structure listed here-in at 1201 East Scott, a.k.a. ,
the Town and Country Motel has been ordered demolished, and the City
Council deems it advisable and in the public interest to approve this
resolution for the award of bid to the below described contractor:

Section 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the
meeting at which this resolution was passed was open to the public as
required by law.
