RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE EXHIBIT HALL
GENERAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT OF THE
MULTI-PURPOSE EVENTS CENTER BY ELECTRA
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City and County entered into a contract on
January 3 , 1995 with Electra Construction Company, Inc. for the
Exhibit Hall general construction project of the Multi-Purpose Events
Center, and
WHEREAS, the architects on the project have reviewed the work of
the contractor and found it to be completed in accordance with
contract documents,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract with Electra Construction Company, Inc. for the
general construction of the Exhibit Hall of the Multi-Purpose Events
Center is hereby found to be satisfactorily completed.
