RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE STORM
SEWER RELOCATION CONTRACT AT THE
MULTI-PURPOSE EVENTS CENTER COMPLEX
WITH JALYN CONSTRUCTION, INC. AS
COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City and County entered into a contract on
November 30, 1994 with Jalyn Construction, Inc. for a storm sewer
relocation project at the Multi-Purpose Events Center Complex,
and
WHEREAS, the architects on the project have reviewed the
work of the contractor and found it to be completed in accordance
with contract documents,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract with Jalyn Construction, Inc. for a storm sewer
relocation project at the Multi-Purpose Events Center Complex is
hereby found to be satisfactorily completed.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 16th day of July, 1996.
