RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID AND CONTRACT TO JALYN
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR SCOTT STREET BRIDGE
WATERLINE REPLACEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of Scott Street Bridge Waterline Replacement
Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
Jalyn Construction Company of Wichita Falls, who made a unit
price bid with an estimated total of $27, 493 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Jalyn Construction Company, with an
estimated total of $27, 493 is hereby accepted, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said Contractor for this project .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 16th day of July, 1996 .
