RESOLUTION TO AWARD HID FOR ESTIMATED ANNUAL
REQUIREMENTS OF READY MIX CONCRETE AND
FLOWABLE FILL
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for
bids for the estimated annual requirements of Ready Mix
Concrete and Flowable Fill ;
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsive bidder
for Ready Mix Concrete (Type 5, CC, C&6, Flowable Fill ) was
Pitts Concrete in the amount of $124,450; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsive bidder
for Flowable Fill was ABC Ready Mix in the amount of
11 ,600.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The award of bid for the estimated annual requirements
for Ready Mix Concrete and Flowable Fill to Pitts Ready Mix
in the amount of $124,450, and ABC Ready Mix in the amount
of $11 ,600 are hereby accepted-
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 16th day of July, 1996.
